FAQ
Questions we
get all the time.
Booking, pricing, sets and logistics — and if yours isn't here, just ask.
Booking & logistics
- As early as you can — popular dates (especially Friday and Saturday evenings from March through November) fill up 6 to 12 months ahead. That said, we do our best with last-minute enquiries. If your date is soon, reach out and we'll tell you what's available.
- Every band and DJ package includes a professional sound system, sound engineering and audio technicians, essential stage lighting, and setup and teardown for your main reception. Pricing is based on a 4-hour performance window within about an hour of Jacksonville.
- A 20% deposit books the band — your date is officially locked in once it's received, and the balance is due 14 days before your event. Zelle is quickest; card, ACH and check all work too.
- Just tell us your budget when you reach out and we'll design a package around it. That's our Reverse Quote — you share your number, we build the best possible experience within it. No pressure and no judgment.
- Absolutely. We have a catalog of 700+ songs and we regularly learn new ones for events. Let us know the song and artist when you enquire — with enough lead time, we'll have it ready for your big night.
- Sets are typically 45 to 50 minutes with 10 to 15 minute breaks. During breaks we play curated background music so the energy never fully drops. The schedule is built around your timeline — dinner, toasts and every key moment.
- Yes — professional sound, engineering and essential stage lighting come with every band and DJ package. Dance-floor lighting, venue uplighting and full production are available as upgrades. We coordinate everything so you don't have to manage multiple vendors.
- We dress to match your event. Black tie and formal events get black suits or formal attire; cocktail events get smart casual. Outdoor and themed events can be accommodated with advance notice — just tell us your dress code when booking.
- Yes — we perform throughout Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia, from Savannah to Orlando, including St. Augustine, Amelia Island and St. Simons Island. Farther than about an hour from Jacksonville, a modest day-of travel fee covers the traveling musicians' costs.
Weddings
- Yes. We offer ceremony soloists, duos and string ensembles, plus a Ceremony Sound & Vows package so every word carries. If your cocktail hour is in a separate space, we can add a solo, duo or trio made up of musicians already on site.
Corporate & private events
- Absolutely — and November and December dates go quickly, so enquire early. From a jazz trio for a client reception to a full band with horns for the company party, we match the lineup to the room and the crowd.
- Yes. Wireless microphones and professional audio come with every package, and our Audio & Production service is available on its own for keynotes, awards and AV — run by experienced live-event technicians.
- Every time. We read the room and shape the setlist to your audience — corporate-appropriate, family-friendly or a full-tilt party. Tell us what fits and any must-play or do-not-play songs.
