Beach City Live (“Beach City Band”, “we”, “us”) provides live music and entertainment for events from Jacksonville, Florida. This policy explains what personal information we collect through beachcitylive.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Questions about anything here can go to info@beachcitylive.com.

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry or RSVP through our forms we collect your name, email address, phone number, and what you tell us about your event — typically the event type, date, venue, guest count, budget and anything else you share.

We also record how you found us — for example which ad or website referred you and the page you landed on — so we know which of our marketing is working.

Our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use your information

We use it to respond to your enquiry, check availability, prepare quotes, plan and perform at your event, send you information you have asked for, and keep records of our bookings as the law requires.

Text messaging

If you give us your mobile number we may send you text messages about your enquiry and booking, and — if you have separately agreed to it — occasional marketing messages. You can stop either at any time by replying STOP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf:

• GoHighLevel, to manage enquiries, bookings, email and text messages.
• Cloudflare, which hosts and serves this website.
• Sanity, which stores the content of this website.
• Our musicians and production crew, who receive the event details they need to perform at your event.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

Advertising and analytics

We use advertising and measurement tools from providers such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google — including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — as well as our marketing agency's own site analytics, to understand how people find and use the site and to show our ads. These tools may set cookies or receive information about your visit, and when you submit a form we may share a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email address and phone number with Meta so it can measure our ads. They do not receive your text messaging opt-in data.

Cookies

The site uses cookies and similar browser storage to work properly and to remember how you arrived (for example, which ad you clicked). Advertising and measurement cookies are covered in the section above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. We keep enquiry information until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer useful to us.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, and stop text messages by replying STOP. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@beachcitylive.com.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
