These terms apply when you use beachcitylive.com or contact Beach City Live through it. Bookings themselves are governed by the quote and terms we send you, which you accept when you pay your deposit.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting prices in US dollars and are a guide only. Your quote is confirmed in writing and depends on your date, location, lineup and timeline. Band pricing is based on a 4-hour performance window for events within about an hour of Jacksonville; a travel fee may apply farther out.

Booking and payment

Your date is secured once your deposit is received. Availability is not guaranteed until then. The balance is due before your event as set out in your quote.

Text messaging terms

Beach City Live sends text messages about your enquiry and booking — replies to your questions, quotes, scheduling and reminders — and, if you have agreed to it separately, occasional messages about availability and showcase events.

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We only text numbers that have been given to us by their owner. How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy — in short, mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Using this website

The content of this site — our videos, photographs, wording and branding — belongs to Beach City Live. Please don't copy or reuse it without asking. Don't use the site in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it.

Liability

We take real care with this website, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
